What is the Bowen Technique?
The Bowen Technique is a very gentle, very effective hands-on treatment method. It can be used for a wide variety of conditions.
The Technique is based on the principle that the human body is quite capable of healing itself and on the principle that you treat the whole body, not just the injured part. (Holistic approach).
Bowen utilises both Western scientific perspective of physical body anatomy and physiology and the Eastern traditions concerning energy dynamics.

Our definition of a Healthcare Professional is anyone holding a medical diploma or qualification. For instance physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, doctors, nurses etc.
